This program aims to support female students in creating ambitious career goals and then pursue them in a structured manner. Mentees are assigned a mentor (female or male) who accompanies them for one year, and they can participate in a program of interesting workshops. This individualized career program serves as orientation help for Bachelor students as of the 4th or 5th semester and Master students looking at the transition from studies to job. Experienced mentors from outside the students’ own corporate and university environment provide individualized and independent support, which results in more clarity about goal setting, networking resources, orientation in the job market, and motivation.
