The degree program, which is conducted entirely in English, deals with the fundamentals of business administration and its links to the engineering field of digital technologies. The objective is to optimally prepare graduates for a career in technology-driven companies. The degree program tackles a number of important developments and problems facing society as a whole, which require comprehensive solution strategies. These include, for example, the Internet of Things as well as the use of digital technologies such as blockchain, artificial intelligence and virtual reality.

Master in Management
The Master in Management degree program at the TUM Heilbronn Campus is aimed at providing bachelor graduates with an initial degree in engineering, natural sciences and/or life sciences with an international management education. Knowledge of business administration, economics and the fundamentals of business law are conveyed. The economic focus lies in the fields of financing and accounting, innovation and entrepreneurship, economics and regulation, production and logistics, marketing, strategy and human resources management. The degree program, which is taught in English, is just as attractive for national as international prospective students who want to study management in general or who want to focus on the management of medium-sized family businesses and issues relating to digital change in particular.

Master in Management & Innovation
The Master in Management and Innovation program is aimed at bachelor graduates with at least one year of professional experience. These young professionals will receive further training in the fields of general management, innovation, entrepreneurship and technology and will be qualified to become successful innovation managers. The study program is designed to help participants focus their view, already acquired through initial practical experience, on the relevant technological changes and innovations in their future working environment, to recognize risks and opportunities at an early stage and to identify any potential for business development. Emphasis is placed on the personal development of the students within the Master’s program; doing so includes personal & leadership development as well as interaction in class and intensive exchange with corporate partners.

Bachelor in Information Engineering
The Bachelor’s degree program in Information Engineering at TUM Campus Heilbronn conveys the knowledge and skills to design IT systems over the entire life cycle of resource information. It presents the opportunity to acquire sound theoretical, practical and technical skills in a constantly evolving field and prepares students for their role as information technicians. There is a need for this as new digital technologies offer companies more and more opportunities to capture, integrate and analyze information. When it comes to taking advantage of opportunities such as the introduction of smart products, companies need specialists in the planning and implementation of interconnected holistic IT systems. Information technology addresses the entire chain from the sensor to the IT system through to the business model and is therefore an essential building block in the digital transformation.

Tailor-made courses can also be taken alongside work within the framework of Continuing Education.
